Prize Draw Description

No Purchase or payment is necessary to enter. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

Apple does not sponsor and is not involved in the promotion or any other Klink Promotions.

Klink allows individuals to deposit and hold crypto funds on its platform. For every $25 (Twenty Five United States Dollar) of value held on each token available to hold on the Klink platform, an individual will earn one recurring Ticket. All tickets are assigned seven random numbers (six numbers and one Klink Ball). The first six numbers are drawn from a 1 to 60 pool and the Klink number is drawn from a separate pool ranging from 1 to 25. When the numbers on an individual’s Ticket match the daily randomly drawn numbers the individual will win crypto tokens to the value of the daily prize matrix available to view in the "prizes" section of the Klink app.

The Klink Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open only to legal residents of the jurisdictions set out in our terms of service and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Users agree that it is legal in their area of residence and proof of residency and age may be required. In order to enter the Prize Draw or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules that are binding and final in all respects relating to this Prize Draw.

Timing

The prize draw is hosted on a blockchain network and begins after Klink Finance uploads all participating tickets, daily at 9:00 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) and the results are published at 9.30 AM EDT. Once the tickets are uploaded Klink then draws the 7 randomly generated numbers through a third party oracle and cross correlated the results between uploaded tickets and the randomly drawn numbers. The result are calculated and prizes are immediately allocated to the users who hold matching numbers. This process runs in sequence every 24 hours.

Prizes and Odds

All prizes are dynamic and calculated daily. Prize Payouts can be seen for each token from the "Prizes" section of the app. If there are multiple winners of the top prizes and jackpot, the wins will be split evenly, which will be paid to relevant winners over equal installments.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. THE SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE Prize Draw. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE APP SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING SELECTIONS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Verification of Potential Winner

The potential winner will be notified via the App or using the email address/phone number provided with the entry or on file with the Sponsor. Failure by a potential Prize Draw winner to respond to the initial verification within ten (10) days of notification will result in disqualification. Potential Prize Draw winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, provide identification, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date specified by Sponsor, or an alternate potential Prize Draw winner may be selected. In the event: (a) the potential Prize Draw winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the potential Prize Draw winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (b) potential Prize Draw winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods; (d) potential Prize Draw winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Prize Draw or receive the prize; (e) potential Prize Draw winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules; or (f) potential Prize Draw winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential Prize Draw winner shall be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of alternate potential Prize Draw winner if any.

Entry Conditions and Release

Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which is binding and final in all matters relating to this Prize Draw; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Interactive Promotions Group and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, celebrities, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Prize Draw, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Prize Draw, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.

Prizes not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The potential winners of prizes valued at $500 or more must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release (collectively, within five (5) business days of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of a prize to an alternate winner. Winners shall be solely responsible for any taxes incurred in claiming a prize.

Publicity

Winners irrevocably grant the Sponsor and each of its designees, licensees, successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants agree not to issue any publicity concerning the Prize Draw Entities. Additionally, as a condition of receiving any prize, and, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, winners may be required to participate in a 10-minute recorded interview conducted by representatives of Sponsor on a date and time to be mutually agreed upon.
